The side intrusion bars in the doors weigh 9-10 kg each. Then hole saw all metal under the door trims and any non structural components. Noise reduction equals weight so get rid of that where possible. Aluminium bolts to replace the iron ones will save more weight. You can remove the heater and air conditioning units.....that will be 30 kg.
The seats are a killer....like Norbie said get some high quality fixed racing seats and you'll shed 25-30 kg right there. A basic rule of thumb - 100 kg weight reduction equals 30 hp (in this sort of weight range).
The mats of sound deadener rubbish can be stripped with a heat gun, paint scraper and a lot of hard work! Do it somewhere well ventilated.
