The old Torana's used to torque twist a hell of a lot when fitted with stacks of power...
I'm yet to hear of a celica / corolla torque twisting though...
I would imagine if you're going to produce enough power to cause it to twist you'd want to add bracing along strategic weak points of the chassis.
*don't ask where these would be - I don't really know*
from a personal point of view...if I had a car with enough power to launch semi sideways and torque twist, I'd want the security of knowing I wasn't going to tear the car apart on a hard launch.
