It is definitely most noticeable and worst from a standing start with excellent traction. i.e. at the drag strip. First tell tale sign is when launching one front wheel stays on or near to the ground while the other lifts from the ground considerably. Other ways are when your windscreen pops up which can usually coincide with the bending of your A-pillar.

I know more crossmembers would help to stop it, but i am unsure whether this is done or there is other methods, basically joining one chassis rail to the other.
