Not very, it was a bit flattened, but actually looked pretty straight. That's why I bought the damn thing.
I was a bit worried about how they were going to get the shape right, but I must say, they did a very good job. They actually send it off to some dude who does all the straightening, and looking at their card it seems they don't do the chroming either, so I'm not sure what they actally do.... besides charging a fair bit.
The only reason my bumper doesn't seem to fit properly on close inspection is because the radiator support has been pushed back about 8mm (wow, a stack that wasn't my fault!). And it has already been pushed out a bit, just not enough.
