Sorry, I'm not up on the RICE craze and, judging by what I've read in this thread, so much the better. In my day, spinners were those small attachments you put in the middle of your wheel - al la MGs and Alfas - not some spinning disc or whatever it is. It all sounds quite bizarre. And this bling thingo!!!! Bling, from what I gather is excessive chrome. Well, I got chrome bumpers and I'm damn proud of them. I don't like anti-blingers who paint their classic chrome bumpers in the colour of their car - trying to fool people that it's a hip and modern vehicle.
