ummm... i don't think you need a dyno to calibrate a BoV... at all.
any adjustment (if the unit allows it) can be done with hood up and then a quick drive around the industrial estate.
also ... your engine's ECU (progrmming actually) is not designed for air to be lost from the induction system post-turbo (hence the AFM comment from lance). expect a bit more popping from exhaust when changing gears.
