yes...
obvious answer: don't by a BoV that vents 100% to atmo
seriously tho: if you vent into the intake pipe post-AFM, you'll still get [i]some[/]i of the sound that the atmo BoV would have given you....
unless you're running a programmable ECU (e.g. after market) then i doubt there is any ECU-related solution to this.
i thnk there's a few recent BoV threads that cover this.
