Check your cams too someone along the way might have swapped them for GEU cams which will affect your performance.
Other than that i would tend to agree with Witzl and get the carbies tuned then have another go.

My last 18rg had about 195psi or atleast thats what it said on the guage i was running 9.7:1 pistons tho.
