Well you don't have any choice about the size, it's a Hilux diff so you need a centre to suit a Hilux diff!
If it's a dedicated drag car you want a spool. If you plan to drive it on the street, I'd recommend a heavy-duty clutch-type LSD of some description. A factory Hilux LSD might be OK (depending how much power you have), or you could go for something aftermarket like a PowerBrute.
