HiLux diffs are a G series, which is 8". HiLux 4wd's come with LSD, HiLux 2wd's don't. The newest HiLux's use a different diff code, but I expect they are still a 8" and the center may fit.
The standard HiLux LSD is a clutch pack type, which is pre-loaded with a coil spring in the center. This is the same as some Supra LSD's, which are also of the G series 8". (MA70)
