plan out your wiring to do everything at once. You dont want to be adding one wire here and there AFTER you have finished looming everything up now do you?
Heater hoses are easy. I just last weekend went and replaced all of them from the heat exchanger to the heater valve to the back of the head to the thermostat housing... just cos they were all old and leaky.
I just bought some 15mm heater hose, about 3 metres of it. Only just did the trick 
There was NO WAY i was paying $50 per hose for the moulded crap from toyota.
Otherwise, you have everything sorted if you follow the picture guide i made. Just be sure to keep the thermostat housing LOWER than the water pump rear outlet to avoid air bubles (they insulate heat transfer)
