Pull one of the sparkplugs, get a plastic rod (or even a straw), turn the engine over by hand to find TDC, mark the straw, then find BDC and mark the straw. Measure the difference and you have your stroke. Always best to know what you're starting with before you worry about changing it. Callum [Report message to a moderator]
