That is a typical relay pin configuration, and this is what you do with the numbers:
PIN 30 runs back through a fuse and then to your +ve post on your battery. Or pick up the right wire downstream from your car's fuse block.
PIN 85 goes to an earth, and you may want to be pedantic and earth your fuel pump with this wire as well. But its not necessary.
PIN 86 runs off to your circuit opening relay. This is what sends the signal to switch the pump on/off.
PIN 87 drives your fuel pump - is the power supply (+ve) of your pump.
Easy as.
