This may not be so easy but try and find a spare wheel from a ST165 gt-four they have a space saver as OE. the stud pattern you are looking for is 5/100 with approx 39p offset. Similar stud patterns can be found on most post 98 subarus, audis, and some VWs, however these have a much higher offset.
