Yup, brake later and deeper into turns. Just remember that more throttle will induce understeer instead of oversteer...
So basically, if you find yourself halfway into a corner and the front end is losing grip, instead of adding more accelerator, do a bit of left foot braking. Try to avoid lifting off, learn to left foot brake instead, that way you keep the revs up and stay in the power band.
It's a LOT harder to screw up in a FWD, but also a lot more difficult to get right, especially if you screw up the entry. Concentrate on the entry, 'coz the exit is just a point and shoot exercise.
Also, have a look at some books/sites on racing lines. The FWD racing line is different, you turn in later than in a RWD.
