Liverpool Exhausts make some. I don't have their phone number though and they are not actually for jzx90's, they are probably made for soarers or jza70 supras.
Another place is http://www.lexussoarer.com/ but once again not sure of fitment for a chaser.
A decent exhaust shop should be able to fabricate some. I got mine done custom for my corona. Just get a design off someone (preferrably "celicamad"  ) and take it to an exhaust shop.
