Yes i have a 3inch dump on drivers side and the is just enough room to get the oil filter off.. as for fans i did have to leave it off as the turbo intake pipe does get in the way.
but you can easy fit one infront of the radiator if ur not using a/c. Mine has none and doesnt get hot at all, tho i havent tried it in summer yet.
