First of all I would like to clarify I did not make the BOV, i got the impression some people thought I did, I got the BOV for $40 on EBAY and it was a steal, but as for the other parts I used a small peice of clear hose from the hardware store and a larger price of hose as seen on the pics they were $1.50 all up, the various hose clamps that can be seen were $5.50 and the metal adaptor that sits in my modified intercooler hosing cost me $10 from a local exhaust place. Its made out of offcuts and then sprayed black.
The whole thing took me about 2 hours.
And in answer to your question danish, yes even though my car is auto it still works very well.
I noticed it on the cruise on saturday when we were going through the twisty bits, when i backk off the accelerator the back pressure is released and as soon as I accelerate again it spools up a lot faster, so i have seen it is abeing worthwhile.
