Rails are different, mounting points are different, fuel pressure regulator location and mount is different as is the spacing between injector ports in the plennum.
Probably not impossible, but so much easier and effective to just swap injectors - besides, you will be removing them to clean and flow/leak test them anyway as well as replacing the o-rings and insulators....
