A 92 cressida with manual conversion in excellent condition assuming its a GLX is easily worth $16k, depending on computer type, gearbox,etc, 5 Speed OR 6 Speed etc. A 6 speed conversion i would ask 16-18k's depending on quality of conversion and body condition.

I think 16k is really pushing it.
A glx is around 6-8k on average. Lets say the conversion costs around 6500. That ends up being 12500-14500. And being a modified vehicle, you never get the money back that you spent on it. So its back down to 10k. Maybe 11 because of the coilovers.
16k is dreaming. If you have the time, you may get it, but dont expect it to be a quick sale.
But this is only my opinion.
