You don't have to block anything off to disable the stock BOV. Simply re-route the vacuum line (ie the one that goes to the plenum) to the high-pressure side of the turbos. That way there will always be equal pressure on both sides of the BOV so it will never open. This is what I did on my 2JZ and it works well.
