	| For the car to be street-legal you will need a late-model version of the engine, ie the 18R-GEU (fuel injected).  This is because the engine is not allowed to be older than the car, for compliance with emissions requirements.  The RA63 Celica came with an 18R-GEU from the factory so you shouldn't have too many dramas acheiving this. 
 Performance with this engine will be far from staggering, but it will be a huge improvement over the 21R-C bucket of poo you have now.
