For sure, warnings can be placed on your car, and they will be if your caught doing burnouts etc, but these is no such thing as a blacklist of sorts. Errr....As far as i am led to believe laws such as this depend on what state you are in, if you can prove to me that is doesnt exist in SOUTH AUSTRALIA then I will believe you, becuase it is more than a co-incidence that my old cars were pulled over nearly once a month for "random" stops...
