i drove home without a pan hard bar and sure it moved around a fair bit but you would be surprised at how well the trailing arms keep it held in straight, as well as shocks and so forth all hold it in.
if you want to see how much work it actually does disconnect it and go for a drive around the block and you will see its not a big strength part of the car just a stabliser.
as for Troyboy, adjustable would only be good for track and if you actually know how to adjust it,
but could you ever be bothered climbing under the car and always frigging around with the adjustments to work out the best ride?
