Bottom of rear wheel arches, rear corner of drivers door,front of bonnet(prolly the worst bit),there are patches of surface rust,damage to drivers front quarter-easily reparable.
Like i said, it is rough but would make a good starting point for a project.
I can get pictures of the car and/or rust if your interested.
Oh yeh, Radiator in excellent condition.
