I didn't have a good look at the car but from what i could tell it wouldn't be much work to get it on the road. It is a bit rough paint wise but everything is there. If you are after an easy car to get on the road without much work it could be a good option. If you are not able to do those little jobs yourself though, it could get a bit expensive.
With a bit of work it would come up well.
