Classique71 Forums Junkie Location: Colac, Victoria Registered: May 2002	Re: Hunt for the Impossible Part -- 2T-B intake/carbs Wed, 11 August 2004 08:29 you can get the manifolds needed to mate Sidedrafts ( weber , dellorto or solex ) thru redline in sydney Thats who supplied the single 45 side draft unit i had on my 2tB ( in a ta22 - it came out of an import ta40 ) as for power - most of it comes from the fact that the compression is alot higher than a 2t , the carbs still Suck . If you want better response for now - get a single or a pairing of sidedrafts on your motor , a good set of extractors , the distributer balanced in to work with the carbs and a bloody good tune .. This will fire up the 2tb a fair shake , until you can go EFI and turboed setup [Report message to a moderator]
