cam (from memory) is slightly higher lift for both int/exh and has longer intake duration. exh duration is stock to minimise overlap time. Is a 'mild street' cam modded to suit turbo.
i went to smaller turbo (t04 down to t25) to lower spool up time and the rev point where that happens. This new manifold isn't much longer than the previous log unit, but is only 1 1/4 steam pipe (prev was > 1 1/2) so i should have good gas pressure and speed.
This new manifold also has the four runners feeding into the base of turbo instead of into the log, should eliminate issue of exhaust pressure wave from one port, interfering with others (which the log design does suffer from).
this was original manifold:
prev t04 needed 3k to start making sustained boost (not spiking from vacuum up to 0-2 psi territory) - i want that to lower to about 2500rpm and get ful boost (13-15psi) lower than 4.5-5k rpm
