Just grab all the bits you need from a manual version of your car. If we're talking Celica RA23/28/40 it should be easy enough to find at the wreckers.
You will need:
- gearbox (W50 5-speed)
- flywheel
- clutch
- crossmember
- tailshaft
- clutch pedal
- clutch master cylinder
- clutch slave cylinder
- clutch hydraulic line
Cost shouldn't be any more than $500 if you DIY.
