You can get parts from an RA23 or RA28, they're mechanically identical.

I don't know if anyone has done a writeup, but there's no point really - it's all very straightforward, and even if you've never done it before you shouldn't have any dramas. You said you're "fine with engine/tranny swaps" so I assumed that means you've done this sort of thing before?
