Hmm. I would assume it would draw around 300ma. (Based on the fact that 12v's use around 150ma)...but that is just a guess. So you're suggesting the use of voltage regulators, hopefully not resistors? It is pathetic to buy a car alarm siren and it's not even designed to work on the right voltage!
