Prettymuch any motor can be modified, but I can't imagine many will have done anything with the prado engine. Remember that this will be a sod of a thing to convert to RWD, being a 4WD from factory... also being a "Vee" engine it will need a lot of room to TT properly.
From there, anything's possible.. a low-boost turbo setup is probably ideal, just look up drive.com.au to find out what compression it runs standard - anything over 10:1 severely damages your chances of a decent power upgrade from forced induction. I woudl suggest that the standard ECU and injectors will be your next hurdle after this.. chances are the engine itself is pretty sturdy.. but again it's all guesswork!
