A 2T runs fine on unleaded, and even if it didn't, unleaded fuel won't damage the valve guides.
There can be several reasons for oil to get on the spark plugs, and while cactus guides are one possibility it could be other things as well. We can only guess based on the information given though, so you'll have to tell us more. Does the car blow bluish/white smoke when it's running? If so, under what circumstances?
