im pretty sure the VZ series motor in the new v6 hilux comes with an R series gearbox (as in R154 but not) so if this were true you could use that bellhousing and an R154 box, hope this is not heresay, but im going on what the guy at toyota said, when i was looking into this engine myself, I reckon its a goer, no one else has got a worked one, and if the UZFE motors are anything to go by........
