mate look at YelloRolla's avatar... his best is 11.3s @ 193rwkw... so yes it is possible... you would need everything forged, customised and over sized pistons
jason can explain his motor best but i believe he is running 1mm oversized pistons, custom plenum but not sure what turbo he has but everyone will tell you to go BallBearing to reduce/get rid of low rev lag
also everyone will tell you that you need a very tight motor as what you want will be blowing up if not done right...
me im gonna be CRAZY and go the NOS ... the aim for me is to go over the 200rwkw with the SQUIRT but im gonna need to forge everything for that... hell if i can get a forged block and head ill go for that
you best bet would be to get advise from jason (yellorolla), rod (thetoyman75) and joel (turbo_ra28) as they are the guys that have what you want... main thing is to ask them nicely
