those bubbles should go away if you leave the car run. it means there is air in the system. It happens whenever someone replaces coolant. It means you should "burp" the system.

if you could see water in the oil, you will also be able to see oil in the water.

id do some more research before concluding its a BHG!

and yes ive let it run for a long time, watching bubbles come out... they dont go away.

Yeh i might see if i can get a compression tester.
