You can get a rough toe alignment by measuring the distance between the forward and aft parts of the wheel rims and adjusting the tie rod ends accordingly. If you have recently changed a steering or front suspension component, I strongly advise checking this prior to driving anywhere. I must stress though that depending on the equipment you have used to measure it, it will likely be very rough and should only be used to get you to an alignment shop for a proper job. Having said that you should be able to get it to within a tollerance of about 1 degree, so it should be drivable given some tire wear. I would advise going slightly toe in if your not sure as toe out makes for interesting driving qualities.
