There is very few, if any, external differencees between the AE101 and AE92 smallport (MAP) 4A-GZE's. There was the early AE92 AFM (bigport) gze's, but that's obvious difference there.
Internally there are differences between the AE101 and AE92 4agzes, in that the rods and crank are different part numbers, as area a few other small parts.
As for the difference in power outputs between the AE92 and AE101 map gze's, that's only due to the exhausts of each car (the AE101 used a twin exhaust).
