Find power steering pump.

You will see 2 hoses coming from it. One comes out of the bottom of it and heads off to the rack. This is your high pressure line. It will be rather securely attached to the pump with a big flare nut or a big banjo fitting (can't remember which).

You will see the other line goes to the reservoir. Trace this line back and you will see that it heads to some pathetic loop of pipe at the front of the car that Toyota dared to call a power steering fluid cooler. This is the low pressure side of your power steering circuit.

Replace this loop of pipe with your Magna cooler.
