One end of this small rear hose is more accessable than the other(the other is near impossible , in situ). From memory,I pulled the hose off the actuator end,not the compressor outlet nipple. When the rubber is warm, either yank it off hard,or use pliers to loosen and wriggle it free.Leave the other end attached
to the compressor outlet.Use a joiner to join more hose to this short bit of hose,to extend it to your boost control solenoid. Now take another length of hose and put a clamp on it loosely. Then grasp this hose between thumb and finger, and push it down vertically onto the actuator nipple.Note that at this point your hand will be jammed between firewall and turbo plumbing.Once you have it on(after 2-3 goes!! Smile ) slide the clamp into position and secure.
The hose you have just installed should be connected at the other end to theother actuator nipple.Half way along this length,a tee piece should be installed to go to the correct nipple on the boost control solenoid.Likewise, the 2 compressor oulets should be joined also, with a tee half way between them, going to the solenoid.
Pay attention to the following...Correct wastegate selection on boost controller unit(internal v.external w/gate),clamping of all joins to avoid pipes blowing off under boost(turbos will spike to 19psi if you have no boost cut and a pipe blows off)
correct plumbing (ie 'actuator to actuator'/'outlet to outlet'/actuators and oulets connected to correct respective nipple on the boost controller solenoid)If you get any of these "plumbings" around the wrong way you will have standard boost, regardless of what you do with the boost control knob.
