If you plan to swap to manual eventually, definitely do it now, cos every little bit you need (pedal cluster, crossmembers, bellhousings, master & slave cylinder, flywheel, clutch etc) will be a bitch to find without getting another front cut.
And if you love manual, why the hell would you swap a 5 spd for an auto???
