Hate to be picky, but...
* there was never a 24 valve, 2 litre camry. 2 litre with carb = 3SFC
* A clogged injector with a carb = 
If there's a weak spark there, check out the dizzy cap carefully would be a good start. Just check the whole ignition system, then move onto the more serious (mechanical) stuff. Not, of course, forgetting vacuum leaks
