A few years ago Jaycar were selling off all this old stock and I rang the dude (at Silverwater) and made an offer which was accepted. I got a smashing load of shit for bugger all. Most impressed. I think I cleaned them out of all their old 8086/8088 processors and some other stuff. I can now sell these to NASA for their space shuttles. Smile

Also, I used to go into the city store (York St) a lot and also the Parramatta store. Used to be a chick who worked at Parra - dark hair, sorta good looking in a strange way. Never paid her much attention until I saw up her skirt (accidently of course) and that picqued my interest.

Got heaps of Jaycar thingys.. freq counter, PIC programmer, solar panels and stacks of other kits and shit.

Haven't got any wire-wrap sockets or cable?

I know the guy who does your flyers and catalogues - he runs a small home printing/layout system.

Ohhh, I think I just hijacked my own thread. I'll have to ban and delete myself now.

If you think you've got a lot of Jaycar crap you should try working there... you tend to start too many projects that never get finished (or in some cases started)
