i wsa gong to mention to bolt it to the rails but i was reading something from the RTA in NSW bout bolting to rails. forgot what and where so i didnt say to bilt there cause wasnt sure bout it. but even if he welds a plate under the car nest to the rails of whatever thickness hould be strong enough to hold so long as the pieces welded are done right. also YES you need engineers for several reasons, crumple zones being the main, ewhoch is why i said get to done professionaly but the small stuff should be right [Report message to a moderator]
