I've owned a Soarer for 3 years without a single bit of moisture in mine. Reliability of electrics in a Soarer is about the same as any other car. The TT has less electrical stuff than the V8 so there is less to go wrong, but despite what people say, it's fairly easy to get replacement parts for the Soarer. www.alsc.aus.as is the Soarer forum.
