Allan, since putting my Toyota HG in I hadn't had a problem except for my rings. On Sat I pulled the motor down and I did not expect this but my HG had started to go... Dont know how long it would off lasted for but im amazed yours is still going strong.

you probably got a course finish on the head or something wrong with block surface, not only that your runing an aftermarket ecu and obviously had some detonation while tuning...
Post pics of head, block and gasket!
