Are you sure its the bottom tank? it is more common for a top plastic tank to leak. Anyway, there is no real way to fix a plastic tank on a radiator, there are quick fix's, but they never last. The type of plastic is polypropalane, or some big crap word like that (unsure on spelling) and its an oily type of plastic meaning nothing sticks to it. Take the radiator out and take it to a radiator shop. Tell them you'd like a pressure test and quote. Where in brisbane are you? I'm on the southside, bring it into my work and we'll have a look at it for you.
