Here are the answers, but ONLY because you drive a Mk2. Get an RN41 diff (all the RN41s I have seen seem to have 4.375:1 single spinners). Get a G series LSD. Buy some 3.5:1 gears (unlikely you will find these secondhand so new from Motive Gears is your most likely option). Put it all together. For the fronts, use Crown MS65 hubs.
