Just get a Hilux LSD and get it shimmed up. Remember the diff doesn't have to be an RN41. It just has to be a Hilux rear diff that is 1410mm across. If you happen to find one that is LSD and well priced grab it. The only reason I generally suggest an RN41 is because thay are pretty easy to find at pull your own style wreckers which generally are quite cheap (I got mine for $75 with axles but without centre). Another $350 for a limo and I was set. In your pricing, remember to add the cost of getting the suspension points welded on to the Hilux diff.
