My 4AGTE powered KE25 (which uses the same cart spring technology as yours) doesn't tramp at all and it just has an extra leaf added and at the same time the leaves were lowered a few inches too. It also has very good shocks (Bisltein) and all new bushings.

Oh yeah, a few years ago mine had an RA23 diff in it to begin with and once the centre was locked (for runs at the old Eastern Creek drags) the axles only lasted a few hours of driving (or one run at the drags, which ever came first) and that wasn't doing burnouts either, so be careful. My current commodore (borg warner) diff setup (LSD) cops much harder driving (and more power) and has not had had a single prob yet in over 2 years.

I would recommend starting with the cheaper and easier solutions first before going to tramp bars (check bushes, add an extra leaf yourself, new shocks etc), as most types of tramp bars adversely affect rear end handling under power.

What sort of power are you making at the wheels??
